Some forty years after Herbert Armstrong wrote a booklet by that title, we see the unmistakable evidence that marriage is indeed fast becoming obsolete . . . that is, no longer produced or used; out of date and old-fashioned.  As America embraces same-sex marriages and traditional marriage loses its appeal, I would like to answer the question Mr. Armstrong posed in his title . . . . Why marriage?
