Pride is the main sin, the one that began with Lucifer who then became Satan.  Pride got to him and then he envied God and wanted to take over His throne.  The same sins of pride and envy affect us today.  The example of Korah’s rebellion shows us how much God hates pride and envy.  Moses was an example of someone who did not have pride.  He was described as the meekest man on the earth. The solution to pride and envy is to work hard on the responsibilities you already have and don’t envy another person’s position.
