Deliverance - the action of being rescued or set free – is a major theme of scripture and of this Spring Holy Day season.  Let’s return to that theme once again, but in the context of you and me . . . do we REALLY NEED DELIVERANCE OR A DELIVERER?  How real is our “captivity”, our “enslavement” to us?  Is the threat of Satan as real to us as the threat of Pharaoh and his armies were to Israel?   Let’s examine the attitudes of Israel toward their deliverance and their Deliverer and see what we can learn about ourselves in the process.
